Vans snowboard tribute brought me here and it hits so right.. certain songs just fit directly into a segment of your life and for some reason it just makes absolute sense.
Perhaps the most beautiful song ever written
I love charlotte mew and this song
Such a good song. Forever has a great soundtrack
I listened to this song a lot when I broke up with my emotionally unavailable college boyfriend. I found it from Forever and it made me sad as it made me think of how we went on adventures and explored campus together in the Spring. Used to make me sad but now it just reminds me of how far I've come.
I so liked Spring last year
Because you were here; –
The thrushes too –
Because it was these you so liked to hear –
I so liked you.

I so liked Spring last year
Because you were here; –
The thrushes too –
Because it was these you so liked to hear –
I so liked you.

This year′s a different thing, –
I'll not think of you.
But I′ll like the Spring because it is simply Spring
As the thrushes do.
Peace of mind.
FOREVERRRRR ?
im stuck but i see thank you /
FOREVER! ?
Lyrics are Charlotte Mew's early C20 poem of the same title.
Forever?
I came here because of FOREVER, no regrets, they have a very cool soundtrack.
I like this poem. Don't know why, I just do. Thanks KEXP.
Nice sound. It's nice to know somebody was still making analog-recorded music in the digital era.
