Viva by Lisa Nilsson is a stunning album that showcases the Swedish singer's incredible vocal range and versatility. From the opening track "Varje Gång Jag Ser Dig" to the closing ballad "Nu Vill Jag Sjunga Mitt Liv," Nilsson captivates listeners with her emotive and powerful performances.
The album is a mix of upbeat pop tunes and heartfelt ballads, with Nilsson's voice soaring over lush arrangements and catchy hooks. Tracks like "Samma Sak" and "Ingen Kan Älska Som Vi" are perfect examples of Nilsson's ability to infuse even the most radio-friendly songs with emotional depth and sincerity.
But it's on the slower tracks that Nilsson truly shines. "Sånger Om Oss" is a beautifully crafted ballad that showcases Nilsson's ability to convey heartbreak and longing with just a few well-chosen words.
