Review by Henrique Artur Wint

Life In General's self-titled album is a refreshing addition to the pop-punk genre. The album showcases the band's ability to craft catchy melodies and lyrics that are relatable to listeners of all ages. The opening track, "The World Is Yours," sets the tone for the album with its upbeat tempo and lyrics about seizing the day. The album's standout track is "All The Same," which features a memorable chorus and a message about individuality. The band's musicianship is also impressive, with standout guitar riffs and drumming throughout the album. Life In General's self-titled album is a must-listen for fans of pop-punk and anyone looking for an uplifting and energetic musical experience.

I somewhat remember spazzing to this on the dancefloor. Was it WREX?
That's me playing the bass on this song. I was in the band only for first half of 1982, which was when this EP was recorded in Seattle. I played the entire album with an Aria Pro II SB-1000 bass, circa 1980. Used a pick! The musicians on this and the other songs were:
Kelly Mitchell – lead singer
Eric Alton – primary guitar
Ken Wooding – secondary guitar (matching the bass line)
Wade Larsen – bass
Todd Fuhs – drums
Correct. I found it a while ago
yes...
@GuitarTimable We played some shows with X-15 up in Bellingham'79-'80. I always thought they were one of the best bands to come out of Washington. Our last show in Bellingham, 1980 at WWU, Kelly jumped off of the PA column and broke his leg. I propped him up and he kept singing, finished the set. That's dedication.
This is incredible! Is it possible to find an mp3 of this anywhere?
Kelly Mitchell, hometown friend. Love this stuff, man...=]
The guitar player, Eric, worked with my fiance'. I knew Kelly from B'ham, where we both grew up. Years later my fiance and I realized that they had been the same band, like 30 years prior. The 2 degrees of Kelly Mitchell...
