Brain Freeze, the latest album by Crazy & The Brains, is a wild and energetic ride from start to finish. The band's unique blend of punk rock, surf music, and brass instrumentation creates a sound that is both familiar and fresh.
The opening track, "Brain Freeze," sets the tone for the album with its catchy guitar riffs and infectious chorus. From there, the band never lets up, delivering one high-energy song after another. "I Don't Want To Hold Your Hand" is a standout track, with its driving rhythm and brass section adding an extra layer of excitement.
Crazy & The Brains also show their range on tracks like "Good Stuff" and "Nature," which slow things down a bit and allow the band's musicianship to shine. The latter features a beautiful trumpet solo that adds a touch of elegance to the album.
