About Me: In 1976 in a small Canadian town, on a bitter fall afternoon, I rushed into this world so impatiently that i wouldn't hear of waiting for a doctor. If he came in time, well let's just say that is on him. I guess as far back as birth I had the impatience of a hungry coyote. I have always been a fan of books. Something about getting lost in another time, or place through words was, and still is, an amazing escape from our modern fast paced world. I began writing in my college composition class and took a few more reading and writing classes. To my own surprise, I found I had an imagination that could one day give someone else the escape I truly love. Reading is a tool so many see as necessary,and it is important, however through force the true gift is lost. I hope to enable someone to lose themselves even for just a chapter or two. ~Maryanne
