Due to bad life experiences, we tend to stop listening to our heart and let the ego and brain take control over our life. But the ego doesn't really care if we enjoy our life. It just wants security and have us stay in our comfort zone. By reconnecting to the heart and lead our life by our heart and intuition we will find peace and joy in our life. We no longer feel the need to control life and will be able to handle fears and anger more easily.
