Prior To The Fire, the second studio album by Canadian rock band Priestess, is a heavy and dynamic collection of tracks that showcases the band's signature sound. The album's 11 songs are packed with hard-hitting riffs, thunderous drums, and powerful vocals that create an intense and electrifying listening experience.
The album's opening track, "Lady Killer," sets the tone for the album with its driving guitar riffs and catchy chorus. "Raccoon Eyes" and "The Firebird" follow suit with their heavy, riff-driven sound and soaring vocals. "The Gem" and "The Western" are slower, more atmospheric tracks that provide a nice contrast to the album's more aggressive songs.
