The Long Haul by Pete Sears is an excellent album for fans of rock, blues, and Americana. This album is a collection of ten original tracks that showcase Sears' songwriting and musicianship. The album is a mix of upbeat rockers and slower, more contemplative ballads.
The album opens with "The Long Haul," a catchy rock song with a driving beat and Sears' signature keyboard playing. The song sets the tone for the rest of the album, which is filled with great guitar riffs, soulful vocals, and thoughtful lyrics.
Other standout tracks on the album include "Don't Let It Bring You Down," a bluesy number with a great guitar solo, and "The Road," a slow, melancholy ballad that showcases Sears' storytelling abilities. "The Road" is one of the highlights of the album, with its haunting melody and evocative lyrics.
