Review by Randy Kitchens

"We Are Ninja Not Geisha" is an eclectic and unique album by Frank Chickens. The album is a fusion of different genres, including pop, rock, and traditional Japanese music. The album features a range of instruments, including the shamisen, koto, and taiko drums, which are blended with modern instruments like the electric guitar and synthesizers.

The album's opening track, "We Are Ninja," sets the tone for the entire album with its catchy chorus and upbeat tempo. The song features a mix of English and Japanese lyrics, which adds to the album's cultural diversity. The album's second track, "Blue Canary," is a fun and quirky song that showcases the band's playful side.

Other standout tracks on the album include "Chickens' Tears," a moving ballad that showcases the band's vocal abilities, and "Papa's Got a Brand New Shamisen," a funky instrumental that showcases the band's instrumental prowess.
