The album Rock n Roll by Cootie Williams And His Orchestra and Jimmy Preston And His Orchestra is a classic collection of songs that showcases the best of the rock and roll genre. With its energetic beats, soulful vocals, and lively instrumentation, this album is a must-have for any fan of this iconic style of music.

Featuring tracks like "Rockin' With Cootie" and "Rock the Joint", the album captures the spirit of the 1950s and the early days of rock and roll. The musicianship on display is top-notch, with Williams and Preston leading their respective orchestras with skill and precision.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Rockin' In Rhythm", which features a driving rhythm section and a catchy melody that will have listeners tapping their feet and singing along. Another highlight is "Jumpin' at the Woodside", a swinging tune that showcases the talents of the entire orchestra.

I sold a clean 45 rpm copy of this record for $50 in the 1990's. Today it's not listed as being sold at any price on Valueyourmusic or Discogs. I guess this music has not become popular with 20-40 year old collectors. If it doesn't have an electric guitar in it....
