Carl Michael Von Hausswolff - Ström

Review by Vicissitudine Vicissitudine

Ström by Carl Michael Von Hausswolff is a hauntingly beautiful album that showcases the artist's mastery of soundscapes and ambient music. The album is a collection of six tracks, each one taking the listener on a journey through a different sonic landscape.

The opening track, "Partikel," sets the tone for the album with its eerie, otherworldly sounds. As the album progresses, the listener is transported through a range of moods and emotions, from the melancholic "Spiral" to the hypnotic "Kärlekens alla färjor."

Throughout the album, Von Hausswolff's use of sound is both inventive and masterful. He creates a sense of depth and space that is truly immersive, with each track building upon the last to create a cohesive and deeply satisfying listening experience.
