Review by Graham Cohen

The album "Indiana Lady" by Billy Jones showcases the artist's soulful and bluesy sound with a touch of rock and roll. The album features a mix of original compositions and covers of classic blues songs.

Jones' voice is rich and powerful, delivering emotional performances on tracks like "I Need You" and "She's Gone". The instrumentation is tight and well-crafted, with standout guitar work on tracks like "All Your Love" and "Rollin' and Tumblin'".

The album also features a few slower, more introspective tracks such as "Indiana Lady" and "Worried Life Blues", which showcase Jones' ability to convey emotion through his music.

Nice little ditty! Thanks for sharing it!
Which Stanton cartridge is that?
Great record
Love this song Billy!
I never heard the song Indiana Lady before, but now I dig it. ?
Never heard of Now Records. Actually, I prefer country music from the 50's to the 80's as that is what most of my collection is in the country genre. After that though, no thanks!
That record sounds like standard fare for C. & W. music of the early 1970s. It's good as records go but it sounds a lot like all the rest, like Freddie Hart(EMI-Capitol); Jack Barlow(Dot); David Frizzell(CBS-Columbia) and such.
I've seen that publishing credit before: Ricci Mareno Music (SESAC). It's on a Dot label radio station copy of "That's Enough" c/w "How Much Love Will It Take" by Jack Barlow, also issued in 1973, and also in the Country & Western genre. I bought the disc in 1973 at a record store in Newcastle, Australia from a sale of remaindered stock of American and the odd Canadian and British discs. I still have it!

Hey radiotvphononut. Is there a chance I can find me a 7" 45rpm record copy of Billy Jones - "Indiana Lady" / "Everything But Goodbye" anywhere here in Newport News, Virginia? :) Please let me know either way ASAP. :) Thank you! :)
Love this. There is so much great music (like this) that May be lost, because there's not enough mass interest to Warrent a digital rerelease. Such a Shane.
The shame of a unwed mother. Now days you have a mother with four kids all under five years old from four different men and living off the government.
