Analepsy's latest album, Genetic Mutations, is a brutal onslaught of death metal that will leave your ears ringing for days. The Portuguese band's third full-length release is a testament to their raw talent and mastery of their craft.
The album opens with "Apocalyptic Premonition," a track that sets the tone for the rest of the record with its crushing riffs and guttural vocals. From there, the band takes the listener on a journey through a sonic landscape filled with blistering solos, bone-crushing breakdowns, and relentless blast beats.
One standout track is "Subhuman Savagery," which features guest vocals from the legendary Matti Way of Abominable Putridity. Way's guttural growls add an extra layer of brutality to an already intense track.
