American born, France expat with masterful cooking skills (totally able to flip a crepe in the air and have it land back in the pan), a lust for handcrafted items (mostly knits), computer generation (the Matrix is real), couch surfing, loud laughing, urban farmer type. Goal is life is be off the grid but under good wifi. Intends to have a bee farm in the future, to make honey useable in own home brews.
