Over the years, I've worked in a number of industries, starting with the music industry, a short time in agricultural equipment retail, then moving into a sales career focused on IT, retail initially, then business to business and most recently web hosting. This came to an end in the autumn of 2009 and I spent some time out of work before re-training as a chef.
