Christos Nikolopoulos, Greek bouzouki virtuoso and composer. Born July 11, 1947 in (then Kapsochori, today:) Nisseloudi, Alexandria Imathias, Greece.
A major composer in the laiko style (he has written about 1.800 songs) and widely considered as the greatest contemporary composer in this category. He has also composed music for TV series. He has collaborated with other major Greek composers and singers.
He begun writting his own songs in 1968.
