Steve Riley And The Mamou Playboys - Trace Of Time

Steve Riley and The Mamou Playboys have released yet another amazing album, Trace Of Time. This album is a beautiful blend of traditional Cajun music and modern sounds, making it an instant classic. The band's signature sound is complemented by the addition of electric guitar, which adds a new dimension to their music.
The album features 12 tracks, each one showcasing the band's incredible musicianship and Riley's soulful vocals. The opening track, "La Danse de Mardi Gras," sets the tone for the rest of the album, with its infectious rhythm and catchy melody. "Bon Rêve" is another standout track, with its haunting accordion lines and soaring guitar solos.
One of the album's highlights is the beautiful ballad, "L'Amour, C'est La Vie." Riley's emotive vocals are perfectly complemented by the gentle accordion and fiddle, creating a poignant and touching song.
