I like the verbal volley ball thing actually it was recorded in Columbia studio A in Nashville in 1967 and this was the B side not the A side although I was very fond of the song. I am St George or John Campolongo ;-)
I play it in my soul sets, and I live in Humboldt County, California, USA. Big Daddy's Blues is great, too, but not as uptempo as this tune. It rains a lot here, but this cut is the remedy. It's sunshine on wax!.
One of my favorite songs back in 1967. The song received a fair amount of airtime in the Detroit metro area . Used to hear it on Robin Seymour's "SwinginTime." and CKLW. Always wondered what happened to this duo and where they ended up. They didn't receive the credit they deserved for their unique sound . Still love it.
