In 1969 with my mate Dave we were Boot boys. Cant believe now at 70 sitting on the sofa with my feet up but still enjoying this real pure punk.

Rebellion...last night slaughter bites back ..brilliant night
bought my copy in. 78 ..great memories. sigh
I saw these in Manchester , we went up with one of the support bands , Manufactured Romance , formerly 4th Reich and we went to the aid of a punk who was getting beat up by skinheads . The punk said I don't want your London help. It proceeded to kick off upstairs with about 10 of us against the crowd. Luckily the band we travelled up with got us in their dressing room and we armed ourselves with bottles and chairs but thankfully nothing happened.
I'm 64 and still a fucking bootboy so watch out.

Probably the first punk album I bought, although I didn't know it at the time, and neither did 99% of the population, I saw the cover in that record shop at the north end of Brixton road and it went from there. Ended up playing guitar really badly in an infamous Oi band, had to run with cabs and guitars from a pub being petrol bombed, but you know what? Would not change a thing, other than that time the ginger skin bird said come to my place and fuck me and my mum :)
