Kristine - Photo Album

Review by Gede Yudita

Kristine's Photo Album is an exquisite collection of pop and electronic tracks that highlight the artist's musical versatility and creativity. The album features a total of 10 songs, each with its own unique melody, lyrics, and vibe.

From the opening track "The Danger," which sets the tone for the rest of the album with its pulsing beats and haunting vocals, to the closing song "The One," which showcases Kristine's powerful voice and emotive lyrics, Photo Album is a journey through the artist's musical landscape.

Standout tracks include "Radio," which boasts a catchy chorus and a driving beat that will have listeners dancing along, and "Wild Heart," a slower, more introspective song that showcases Kristine's ability to convey raw emotion through her music.

This charted for 5 weeks at CKLW. She also had a song about Kojak called "King Of The Kops."
I remember her on Now Who Do You Do? She did a thing in which she was singing, then wires would whip her dress off leaving her in her undies and suspenders. Does anyone have a video of that?
One of the best country songs ever written
quite similar to "Let Me Be There" by Olivia Newton John from 1974----
right, a pity she was just a one hit wonder,kristine..nice melodies to go with the lyrics pinning for days gone by..
Sorry that it took so long to get back to you. I did not have the priviledge to hear that one. In fact, this is the first time that I heard of it. I will try to find it, and check it out. No longer am I in a position to 'program' it other than for my own entertainment, but, if it is anything like Photo Album, there is no doubt that I will like it. Thanks for the heads-up.
i have the 45 i have hunted for ever to find this on youtube ,,i tune totally lost is beautiful..true story,,sounds like and as good as oliva newton john..my gf can sing the
heck out of it,,,rocks
"Kristine Sparkle" - her first stage name was Christine Holmes; her real name was Christine Hodgson.

I was at school in Solihull (West Midlands) with her. Iwonder if she remembers me???
i also liked this the first time i heard it.liked her next one,on the same lable, called, late night movies.look up another song out around the same time by a canadian girl, patricia delquist, called, waiting for the rain.same general story has photo album.
I liked this song the very first time that I heard it. When I was Program Director at KJCK, it was in regular rotation. Too bad that it didn't score bigger.
I have the album that this song DID NOT come off of - it was a non-album B side to another song!! She changed her name to Kristine Sparkle and went to London, England, where she wrote Devil Woman for Cliff Richard... I have 2 45's of this song - poor quality, purchased from South Africa and Holland on Gemm!! It was a substantial Canadian hit... at least familiar to AM Radio listeners from 1975 - 1979...
Also produced by Shel Talmy who worked with The Kinks and Who. Where is she now? Did she find love? Does she still have that photo album? I'd like to think so. I'd really like to think so.......
