Kiss the Curse formed in December 2014 with the goal of creating their own distinct brand of modern, aggressive rock. The band released their debut EP A Shot in the Dark and an Official Music Video for their single Roulette in 2015. They have since released a new EP titled "Woes & Reasons" on September 30th 2016. This new EP was recorded and produced by Multiple Gold Record Producer: James Paul Wisner of Wisner Productions who is well-known for his work with other bands such as Paramore, Hands Like Houses, Underoath, and many more. They released their new Official Music Video for new single "Spare Me" January 5, 2017 shot by film producer Scott Hansen of Digital Thunderdome Studios. Kiss the Curse combines belted female vocals, aggressive rock riffs, extremely modern chord progressions, catchy choruses, and metal style drums, forming a high energy final product with a wide range of appeal.
The group has built its reputation through high energy live performances that display their enthusiasm and proficiency with their original material, with performances along side artists such as Adelitas Way, Lacey Sturm, New Years Day, Too Close to Touch, Puddle of Mudd, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Slaves, Failure Anthem, Suicide Silence, Texas in July, Palisades, A Skylit Drive, and many more.
