Vultures, the debut album by Jess Mills, is a powerful and emotive collection of songs that showcase her unique blend of electronic and soulful sounds. With haunting melodies and raw, honest lyrics, Mills takes listeners on a journey through heartbreak, healing, and self-discovery.
The album's opening track, "Desire," sets the tone for the rest of the album with its pulsing beats and Mills' soulful vocals. "For My Sins" is a standout track, with its stripped-down production and deeply personal lyrics about regret and redemption.
Throughout the album, Mills explores themes of love, loss, and the search for meaning in life. "Bad Behaviour" is a catchy, upbeat track that contrasts with the darker, more introspective "Hollow." "Vultures" is a haunting and atmospheric song that showcases Mills' ability to create a mood and atmosphere with her music.
The lyrical scheme, the beat pattern, the "appoggiatura" of this song were lost on you - yeah, do a bit of research.. it makes everything in life less boring, more vivid.
.
* (An appoggiatura is a type of ornamental note that clashes with the melody just enough to create a dissonant sound.)
.
Bye.
That ONE word _is_ important when You're the one actually trying to deride someone based on their language.. it's like - when you're trying to promote vegetarianism, don't be caught eating a cheeseburger. Plus, attacking language..? Petty that.. :D ..but of course, you've already proved your ineptitude about that..!
.
Forget my wit, & check yours..! You're running on E.
"You're getting really boring now."
- Your life, kind Sir, is too much of a truly a bored one. I pity you.
.
..and here, i thought we were having a conversation about your very apparent idiocy. Again, obviously - characteristic of how you've responded over time, you're 'bored'. No surprises.. ;)
.
.
"Piss off."
- I hope you felt sorry writing that, because it's the most unimaginative comeback or repartee - ever!
"I think you should fuck off now, I actually have a life outside of the my bedroom, unlike you."
- Hey, who gives a flying fuck where your life happens..! Plus, if you've a life outside - you go fuck off, why would you ask others to go..??!
.
"I actually have a life outside of the my bedroom, unlike you."
- Ooo! Asking me to fuck off. Well, i'm sure your life is only outside the bedroom. ;]
And who can stop you, or anyone, even i did not ask you to reply back to me.. but well, that how this is on the interwebs ..you'll have replies even when it's not solicited.
Deal with this now. :)
I think what Gabby Covay tried to say, was not that you 'only' listen to mainstream music and stuff - but just that you've terrible taste in music. Don't be offended now - just like you judged this song as boring, we have the right to judge your musical appetite as terrible.
Of course, the human ear, in most cases, is capable of identifying music and not confusing it with noise. No arguments there.
Of course you can't be 'arsed' to reply - no one is actually 'arseing' you but yourself..! xD ..okay okay, low humor..! But you do see how much of a douche you're looking like now, ei..?!
.
The fun bit is, you started out with "Most of what you just said made no sense" & now you've switched to "I did just make sense of what you just said" - just! So you're a bit dim, that's okay. Your taste in music speaks volumes about that..
