@bassmajor The samples were duplicated several times (re-recorded from the master), vari-speeded, processed and spliced together. This method was invented almost 30 years before this was made, but this is a pretty good use of it. Another famous act which worked in the same genre and used a similar technique at around the same time was the BBC Radiophonic Workshop. Many of the pieces and movements they made were done using tape splicing (including the original version of the theme tune to the BBC's science fiction series _Doctor Who_ - which, along with the series it belongs to, just turned 50 this November!)
