WiscoTriple threat, Jacob Latimore was born on August 10th, 1996 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Latitia Taylor and Jacob Latimore, Sr. Jacob knew he wanted to pursue a career in Entertainment at very young age. Jacob grew up in house full of talented singers, his father and uncles make up the inspirational quartet, The Latimore Brothers. Between the ages of 5 and 6 years old, Jacob would watch the film Young Guns. For an entire year Jacob would emulate his favorite cowboys by jumping out of laundry baskets to catch the bad guys! In 2006 Jacob made his first national TV show appearance on the Maury Povich Show to perform his single "Superstar".
In 2007, at the age of 11; with the support of his parents and Crown World Entertainment, Jacob made the move to Atlanta to pursue his music. It wasn't long before his natural talent as an actor was discovered by agent, Joy Pervis who began booking Jacob in commercials, voice-overs, episodic, and his first lead role in the feature film, "Vanishing on 7th Street." In 2010 Jacob signed his first major recording contract with Jive Records, now RCA Records. Jacobs first leading role was Black Nativity in 2013.
