Review by Bridgette Patterson

Harold MacIntyre's album Possum is a masterpiece of contemporary folk music. The album features a collection of heartfelt songs that showcase MacIntyre's talent as a songwriter and musician. The album's title track, "Possum," is a standout, with its haunting melody and poignant lyrics. MacIntyre's voice is rich and soulful, and his guitar playing is impeccable. The album also features a number of guest musicians, including fiddler Sarah Watson, whose contributions add depth and texture to the already lush soundscapes. Possum is a beautiful and moving album that is sure to resonate with fans of folk music and beyond.

About Harold MacIntyre

"Harold MacIntyre was born in Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia, and raised in nearby Sugarcamp, where he spent much of his childhood years singing at family gatherings. By his late teens, he had moved to Toronto, where he worked a day job at the General Electric Company and spent his evenings singing in local night clubs. He soon teamed up with fellow musician Albert MacDonald to form the country band Harolds Super Service." (by Larry Delaney CMA Link below)
