Hank Locklin's album Nashville Women Behind My Back is a must-have for any country music enthusiast. The album features some of the most talented female vocalists in the genre, including Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn, and Tammy Wynette.
The album's title track sets the tone for the rest of the record, with Locklin's smooth voice crooning about the women who have done him wrong. The standout track, however, is the duet with Dolly Parton on "When I Dream." Their voices blend beautifully together, creating a hauntingly beautiful sound.
Other highlights on the album include "Send Me the Pillow You Dream On," which features an excellent vocal performance by Tammy Wynette, and "Please Help Me, I'm Falling," which showcases Loretta Lynn's powerhouse voice.
