Hey Mama is a stunning album by Gene Vincent & His Blue Caps that showcases the band's incredible talent and energy. Released in 1958, the album features some of the most memorable rock and roll songs of the era, such as "Be-Bop-A-Lula" and "Race With The Devil".
Vincent's distinctive voice and the Blue Caps' tight instrumentation create an electrifying sound that is both raw and refined. The album also includes some lesser-known gems, such as "Bluejean Bop" and "Who Slapped John?", that are just as enjoyable as the hits.
