Frankie Goes To Hollywood's album Two Tribes Hibakusha is a powerful and thought-provoking work that explores the aftermath of the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The band's signature blend of synthpop, rock, and dance music is on full display here, but the lyrics and themes are much weightier than their previous hits.
Songs like "Warriors of the Wasteland" and "The Power of Love" tackle the horrors of war and the struggle for survival in a post-nuclear world. The title track, "Two Tribes", is an epic anthem that imagines a showdown between the leaders of the world's two superpowers.
The album's centerpiece is the haunting "Hiroshima", which features a spoken-word narration by actress Elizabeth Dawn. The track paints a vivid picture of the devastation wrought by the atomic bomb, and its impact on the survivors (known as "hibakusha" in Japan).

I wonder why this mix, which was the best 12" version, has not been released for streaming alongside the other mixes. Maybe some rights issue with the voice acting?
