Licht by Faun is an enchanting album that will transport listeners to a mystical world of ancient folklore and myth. The German band has created an ethereal soundscape that blends traditional instruments such as the hurdy-gurdy, bagpipes, and harp with modern electronic beats and ambient textures.
The album opens with the hauntingly beautiful track "Odin," which sets the tone for the entire record. The vocals are sung in German, but even non-German speakers will be able to appreciate the emotive power of the music.
