Impressionen 71 by Damenbart is a unique and captivating album that is sure to leave a lasting impression on listeners. The album features a variety of experimental and avant-garde tracks, each with its own distinct sound and style. From the hauntingly beautiful "Komm, süsser Tod" to the upbeat and energetic "Kontakt," Damenbart demonstrates their versatility as musicians and their ability to create music that is both thought-provoking and enjoyable to listen to.

The album also features a number of interesting and unexpected elements, such as the use of spoken word and sound effects in "Morgenstern" and the inclusion of traditional folk instruments in "Feuer, Wasser, Erde, Luft." These elements add depth and complexity to the music and make it all the more engaging for the listener.

About Damenbart

The names used for this project were: Erwin Bauer - Synthesizer, Organ, Guitar Bernd Barth - Synthesizer, Voice, Effects Tina S. - Voice Supposedly a lost treasure of Germany's Krautrock days, but in fact it's an elaborately done mock project by the brain behind () and his then girlfriend . They thought up a fake biography, a fake story of how these unreleased mastertapes were found in a studio in Spain by a former associate of the band and such. Even the artwork looks like it could have been made in 1971. Several websites list this project as a real release from 1971 (it was recorded in 1988/89 and released the first time on vinyl in 1989.)

Toda una obra maestra. No hay duda que los alemanes aportaron mejor música que los ingleses y norteamericanos juntos.
Wozu soll das gut sein?
(1989)
It's from 1988
This is obviously from a 1989 BRD radio recording in Germany, NOT a lost, 70s classic. Still, I find it just as great as Sergius Golowin's 'Lord Krishna Von Goloka' and Walter Wegmüller's/The Cosmic Jokers' DBL album 'Tarot' both from 1973...
This is NOT from 1971 !!
