Smackmelon - Space Shot

Review by حسين موسى

Smackmelon's latest album, Space Shot, is a thrilling journey through the depths of the universe. The band's unique blend of rock and electronic music creates an otherworldly atmosphere that transports listeners to a different dimension.

The album opens with the title track, "Space Shot," which sets the tone for the rest of the record with its pulsating beats and haunting vocals. "Gravity" and "Black Hole" are standout tracks that showcase the band's ability to seamlessly blend genres and create a sound that is both fresh and familiar.

One of the album's highlights is "Alien Invasion," a track that perfectly captures the chaos and intensity of an extraterrestrial attack. The use of distorted guitars and electronic beats creates a sense of urgency that is both thrilling and terrifying.

Still listenin’
this would've been a huge hit song of that year.
One of the first bands I ever saw in Boston.
god i love this song.
Now 30 or so years later. I still love duke and admire him as a human being. Playing with in moon razor with sticks rob was killer i hope my old freinds are ok born again
This is really good. It kinda sounds like Sebadoh with Bob Mould on vocals.
I saw them live so often in Boston I lost count, one of my favorite bands not just from Boston but of all time. I was fortunate to be in my 20's and not have a ton of responsibilities when they were at their peak and was fortunate to see them a number of times.
Jackson Jarmon works for Violette Wines - he used to work for me.
He doesnt work at Salts...
He's going by the name of Eric Jackson and working at a restaurant?
last I knew he was working at Salts in Cambridge (and I hear he goes by the name Jackson now...)
Great Band, wished I could have seen them live.
Great Song!!!!
