Thank you for 47 years of laughs. I'm 52 and Gen X and I love Gene's comedy! I'm glad you uploaded these old recodings. We listened to Gene on 8 track tapes and my mom still has 4-5 of his tapes and many other music tapes. They still work. ✌?♥️?
My buddy came across these on 8 track, back in the early 70s listen to them and laughed for hours, a staple for road trips..... I just found them on YouTube. Times have changed but I'm laughing just as hard today as I did then!! Timeless humor
a young early teen in my friends basement in W.Pa listening to this album
laughing our azz off found the exsact album it reminds me of back then. . . . .
Y E A GENE ! !
I had this 8 track and used to listen to this in high school
Comedians as good as Gene are one in a million.
"He's cripple ya know"
First time I heard this I was 17yrs old 1980 on a zenith console 8 track at a friends house. His dad had a few in his collection
horrible.....racist, mysogynist, making fun of hair lips.......i guess this should be filed under "historical oddity"........
I remember being corrupted by Gene wayyy back when I was 19 and worked at the local…yes, truck stop. ?
Super funny collection and real dirty. Thanks for the post.
I remember my neighbor's Dad had several of these Gene Tracy's Truck Stop and a few Redd Foxx 8-tracks back in the early 70's and we'd listen to them when no one was around.
45+ years later the jokes are STILL funnier than hell.
Been since 1976 since I’ve heard this stationed at Ft Polk. Laughed my assed off then and reminiscing right now.
Remember being on ship in the marines in the 70's. Buddy from W. Va. would play him over and over. Still use his jokes.
