Review by Alf Catadman

Led Zeppelin's Fearsome Four Live On Stage is a must-have album for any fan of classic rock. The album features the band's electrifying live performances from their 1973 tour, showcasing their legendary musical prowess and dynamic stage presence.

The album opens with the explosive "Rock and Roll," which sets the tone for the rest of the album. Led Zeppelin's signature sound is on full display throughout the album, with Jimmy Page's blistering guitar solos, John Bonham's thunderous drumming, and Robert Plant's soaring vocals.

Highlights include the epic "Dazed and Confused," which features an extended guitar solo from Page, and the haunting "No Quarter," which showcases the band's ability to create a mesmerizing atmosphere on stage.

The album also includes classic tracks like "Stairway to Heaven" and "Whole Lotta Love," which are given new life in their live versions.

I got a write up from a Raleigh paper that was very positive.
Dorton Arena!
Is the organ solo pure improv or is there a name for the tune? Specifically the 1:00:00 mark
Hate to say it, but I was there that night oh so long ago. Life was never the same after that night.
What a find! I was there. Freshman year at UNC. Acoustics in Dorton? Well we know that story. But what an experience. To hear it again in 2021 is special. Thank you for putting this out there.
I am obsessed with finding live versions of Thank You so I can pinpoint the solo and have a listen. Its one of my favorite solos from Page

Raleigh, NC is my hometown. I was only 9 in 1970. I was too young for this show. So glad to be able to hear this. Thank you Boots and Susan!
Que reliquia ?
This was my first concert and being able to hear it here has brought back incredible memories! I thought I remembered John Bonham's drum solo being part of the Lemon Song, but they did not even play that that night. The show started way late and then they had to stop to fix a sound issue. When they came back they said they were gonna rock all night and they did! I see some set lists only show the songs on this tape, but i through I remembered the show was longer and find the ledzeppelin site shows after Moby Dick they played: How Many More Times (medley includes: Stormy Monday, Bottle Up and Go, Long Distance Call), Whole Lotta Love, and Communication Breakdown. There are few things in life that come out just right, this being my first concert was one of those things for me. Thanks for posting this!
I'm glad I found this. I was there. I saw a lot of great bands in the late 60s and 70s. This one is #1 on my list when I rank the concerts I saw. Jimi Hendrix at Dorton Arena is also near the top of the list. Dorton used to pull some amazing bands.
Very enjoyable. Thanks Boots!
