remember the nest you used to rest ,
? Sir comeback ????✨
Shout out to the legend John Peel for playing this on daytime Radio 1, immediately after playing The Fall's cover version ( or was it the other way round?)
Massive sound
The Fall did a very different Cover of this song..its 1 of my faves
I love this song so much. I don't know why. It just hits my soul a certain way. :)
Kool sound!
the pioneers to be specfic, he used the band for several of these songs, one of these having a 'chicken scratch' sound effect at the start
It MAY have Leonard Dillon on it but S. Taylor isn't on it and it certainly isn't L. Dillon on lead vox. He had a way better voice than that.
It's Leonard Dillon.
Once more a brilliant upload my friend.
Have a great day Edward.
This is the Ethiopians!
great tune thanks from a 63 year old skinhead
This is a reply to Lee 'Scratch' Perry's 'People Funny Boy' which was having a go at 'Sir' Joe Gibbs. I love this Jamaican song tradition were they have a go at someone else and get a reply (& sometimes that gets a a reply and on and on and on...).
Brilliant.
The broken bottle fight is genius that sound is so clear
He is talking about how people hurt people in life, he is Kimble and he don't take shit from nobody, i like the broken bottle effect, he is genius not just with audio but his thinking, listen to bathroom skank, about bathing and keeping clean, or big neck police, about how you can't keep a good man down.
RIP you legend!
You step on my toes...OUCH!!!
this is Kimble... the nimble... I will make you trimble... ain't got a clue what hes talking about... still a boss tune though...
Straight up Nutty Fire !
