About Me: I was born in a small town of Spain, Santander, in 1983. Since I was ten, reading novels about spies, aliens and superheroes became my great passion. Soon, I began to create short stories and showing them to my parents once they were completed. Perhaps, the fact that they said I was a good at it spurred me on and still does today. During my childhood and adolescent I kept writing but I never showed my work to anyone but my family and friends. Then, I grew up and forgot about it as if my passion for writing had never existed. Although I kept reading novels for fun I decided to focus on my future career as a geologist. So, I spent five years studying a degree and later on another three years completing two Masters’ degree. In 2012, after a year of unemployment in my country I decided to start a new life in Scotland. Thanks to that risky decision - as I did not know anyone and had no job at first and my hard work - I found a job in the oil and gas industry that allowed me having free time as well as economic security. And it was then when my passion for writing revived. I began to work on my novel in June, 2014 and since then I have combined work with writing - which sometimes is really hard. I expect to have the first draft of the novel completed by end of 2015 and the final version by the end of 2016. It will not be a very long novel in principle but I prefer quality over quantity.
