About Me: Stumbled on the sport of Triathlon just under two years ago after buying a bicycle and quitting smoking. At 42 years old I thought that completing a sprint triathlon was an achievement and never would have guessed that in 2013 I would complete Ironman Mallorca 70.3 in under 7 hours. My next quest (Can't believe I'm actually saying this) is to complete Ironman UK 2014 with the help and guidance of an on line coach. My life has turned around beyond all recognition!
