- About Me: Micki Blendz is a DJ, VJ, and a Journalist with edge who has a wide range in musical taste for anything that simply sounds or feels dope. She first began doing interviews as a student at NC A&T SU where she also directed and produced campus shows with a friend and colleague. After kicking things off as one of the co-hosts in the pioneer stages of Charlotte’s AMCS Bodega, Micki was also featured on BET’s 106 & Park as a satellite correspondent. To this day, her interviews range from names like Don Lemon all the way to pop group 5thHarmony. Her writing style is usually never quick and straight to the point, as her favorite thing to do is decode the background of music and visuals.
