- About Me: I am a normal guy who found it hard to learn about computers on my own, because every text on it was too technical. My father taught me about computers and how they work. From that, I was able to figure a lot out on my own. Now, as the president of a Web Design Firm, I realized that my employees didn't have the knowledge needed on computers and I thought that I would just get some training info on it for them, but there were still no books that delivered computer training in a way that would make the subject easily understandable, so I decided I would write a book about it for them. If I would have known that it would take me every day for the next four going on five years to research and come up with the answer to each person’s question regarding computers, I would have quit before I started. But once I started, I was obligated to answer the questions they had, so I did.
