About Me: I'm 38. I've been writing creatively since I was a kid but I was 26-years-old when I first studied writing at a tertiary level. I've had short and full-length stage plays produced in Australia and America. A children's book published. A short film that has been around the world. And unproduced screenplays that have caught the attention of a few note worthy people but they've never been optioned. I consider myself small time but I was making greater steps every year. Every step was bigger and better than the last. But then my writing stopped. It got stuck in a pot of boring dishonest stiff taffy. This blog is to help me find the honesty and vulnerability that made my writing special.
