That opentuning guitar is played by Euros Childs in all Euros' solo videos I saw!! Funny.
Really is. Top songwriter for Gorkys and continues on. Only question is why on earth has he used the same name (his) as the Aphex Twin also records under (his name as well). Just makes it harder to find.
