Review by James Golunski

The album Ritual Of Darkness Demos 1987-1995 by NunSlaughter is a must-have for any fan of old-school death metal. This compilation features 21 tracks that were recorded during the band's early years, showcasing their raw and uncompromising sound.

The album opens with the track "Ritual of Darkness," which sets the tone for the rest of the album with its heavy, driving riffs and aggressive vocals. From there, the album takes the listener on a journey through NunSlaughter's early discography, featuring tracks from their first demo, as well as unreleased material from later recordings.

What sets this album apart from other death metal compilations is the quality of the recordings. Despite being demos, the tracks are well-produced and showcase the band's talent and musicianship. The guitar work is particularly impressive, with intricate riffs and solos that demonstrate the band's technical prowess.
