He collaborated with for many years, both in radio and recording. Had first been heard on wax in 1932. Sponsored by the Kratt Company, manufacturer of hamonicas. By 1930 he had moved on up to the WLS National Barn Dance in Chicago, and later put in time on the Renfro Valley Barn Dance, the Grand Ole Opry, and WCKY in Covington, Kentucky, across the Ohio river from Cincinnati. When I was only but a wee one, I remember meeting this odd fellow, a guy by the name of Bill Wilson.... he was not related to my Father's family, aunts, and other cousins who were also Wilsons. He was always at family reunions and picnics.... and in even more intimate settings; always jamming away on his guitar and singing.
