Kuorosota's self-titled album is an impressive display of choral music that combines traditional Finnish folk melodies with modern arrangements. The album features a wide range of songs, from lively and upbeat tracks like "Kuorosota" and "Kulkurin Valssi" to more melancholic pieces like "Käki" and "Kaiho".
The group's harmonies are tight and precise, and the arrangements are creative and dynamic. The use of percussion and other instruments, such as the accordion and the kantele, adds depth and texture to the music.
One of the standout tracks on the album is "Taivas on Sininen", a beautiful rendition of a classic Finnish song that showcases the group's vocal abilities. The song starts off softly and builds to a powerful climax, with the choir's voices soaring in unison.
