Song writer and performer, Joseph Cioppa was born in Bologna (Italy) in 1945.
Installed in Belgium, he was guitarist of Salvatore Adamo. In 1981, it gains competition the Microphone of Gold with "Mon ami, allons de l'avant". The following year, it finishes 4th Belgian preselection for Eurovision with "Vivons l'amour de demain" . In 83, it gains the 1st price of the Belgian song with "être vieux n'est pas légendaire".
It recorded many SP as Make me love (85), classified during 10 weeks with the hit-parade of the Hainaut center of the RTBF, "Et si demain" (88) ou "Pas content" (89).
It is devoted then to the edition and the production for Josci Music.
In 91, it returns with the covers of Marina of Rocco Granata and of "Dites-lui que je l'aime" (91) of Frank Michaël and in 92 with "Oui, je t'aime".
It signed several titles for various Belgian artists (Tom Ludovic, Tania Fanello, Mikaela&).
