- 1. Black/Gray (black printed on clear plastic sleeve)

- The first 250 copies listed Psaltery Records and after that SAD Records was stamped on the back. The name Patrick LaValle only appears on the first 100 (the Black/Gray release) after that all editions show only the name Patrick.
