Don Dunn is an American songwriter who began his career in San Diego, California in the 1960s. His songs have been recorded by , , , , , , and . He spent much of the 1980s teaching songwriting and performing in local clubs around San Diego. He is probably best known for co-writing the rock classic "Hitchcock Railway" with .
After spending some time in Nashville, Dunn returned to San Diego although hes almost always on the move. After spending five months in Odessa, Ukraine recording with Yuri Kuznetsov, a keyboardist identified with a loose-knit group of Eastern European musicians who explore jazz improvisation, folklore, and New Music, he released "Voices from Another Room" in 2009. Dunn and Kuznetsov recorded this project as a duo under the name Odessa Connection.
