"Dropshadow Disease's self-titled album is a gritty and intense display of their unique blend of metalcore and post-hardcore. The band's talent is evident in each track, with powerful instrumentation and aggressive vocals that capture the angst and emotion of their lyrics.
The album opens with "Infected," a heavy and intense track that sets the tone for the rest of the album. "Bleed Out" follows, showcasing the band's ability to seamlessly blend melody with their signature heavy sound. "Tear Me Apart" is another standout track, with a haunting intro that builds into an explosive chorus.
The album is not without its softer moments, however. "Fade Away" is a slower, more introspective track that showcases the band's versatility and emotional depth. "Suffocate" is another standout, with a haunting and atmospheric sound that builds into a powerful chorus.
