At the early age of 15 Cuebur's music had begun to Pulsate South Africa's Clubs and Dance floors bringing to SA a different sound. Like many South Africans and Internationals his music has continuously and innovatively thumped our ears and hearts with the rhythmic elements and sound of his music constantly played at SA's TOP Radio Stations. Known as a world renowned DJ/Producer many Artists and Performers have danced and sang to his marvelous House and Hip Hop creations hence making him the most reputable and appreciated DJ/Producer.
In the year 2006 Cuebur was introduced to House music by a friend of his Xolani "DJ Xola" Hlatshwayo who often came to his house and worked on songs together. He later started collecting music from Xolani for some inspiration as he was not familiar with the sound. Cuebur taught himself how to DJ, seeing that he would need to push himself and his music creations to the people.
Early 2007 Cuebur made the hit song "Pepe" which was featured on DJ Zinhle's Debut Album "Feminine Touch". The song made waves all around SA and was played by the likes of Black Coffee, DJ Christos, DJ Zinhle and DJ Clock just to mention a few. Cuebur moved to Johannesburg with his close friend and fellow musician Andile "Andyboi" Hlanze in 2009, to pursue their careers in music, same year when Cuebur met another fellow musician and friend Ashley "DJ Shimza" Raphala.
One of Cuebur's highlights in his career include the Newscafe tour with Euphonik, where he would play an open and closing set for Euphonik.
In 2010 Cuebur studied Advanced Music Production, Sound Engineering and Music Business iat Soulcandi Institute Of Music where he got to meet the Soulcandi Crew Members and Staff and also worked on a few projects. Another one of Cuebur's highlights was getting featured on Soulcandi Sessions 5, one of Soulcandi biggest compilations. In 2011 Cuebur was then approached by Soulcandi with the idea of a new project called "Candi Roots". That is where he met DJ Mphoza and DJ Hypnosis.
