ATTLAS - Scarlett

Review by Jonathan McKinnell

Scarlett, the latest album by ATTLAS, is a musical masterpiece that showcases the artist's exceptional talent and creativity. The album is a unique blend of electronic and ambient music, with each track offering a different vibe and emotion.

The opening track, "Hotel," sets the tone for the album with its haunting melodies and atmospheric soundscapes. It's followed by "Shatter," a more upbeat and energetic track that features a catchy melody and driving beat.

As the album progresses, ATTLAS takes the listener on a journey through a range of emotions and moods. "Vital," for example, is a beautiful and introspective track that features delicate piano melodies and ethereal vocals. "Lavender God" is another standout track, with its dreamy textures and hypnotic rhythms.

This is beyond awesome!
This was the beginning of something great
Que buen tema la concha de la lora
Coming here from just listening to it this year: There are sounds in it that are the science sound from Virtual Villagers and the Enderman from Minecraft.
Been more than 4 years since I came across this gem. One of those tracks that made me begin to love the EDM genre. I come back to it after so long and it still sounds as impressive as it sounded then. I am re-addicted to it. ATTLAS is a genius, along with the other mau5trap artists. A true masterpiece in music and sound design in general.
Loving the complex minimalism of this song.
