Singer/songwriter Anna Wilson straddles the genres of jazz and country. Born in Philadelphia and raised in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania, she moved to Nashville, where she and her husband, , have worked as songwriters. She has had cuts on albums by , , , and . Wilson's debut album, The Long Way, released by Curb Records on August 5, 2003, included her song "The Bus Ride" (co-written with and ), which was recorded by . Wilson's second album, Time Changes Everything (2007), earned kudos from jazz critics. She co-wrote "All I Ever Wanted," a Top 20 country hit for . On October 7, 2008, Transfer Records released her Christmas collection of all-original songs, Yule Swing! Next up was a series of jazzy duets with the likes of , , , and others for an album called Countrypolitan Duets, which appeared in 2011.
